CANDY ON THE BRAIN

Bubbles is an odd little bird that’s perfectly happy eating tasty treats all day long. Chocolate, sweeties, ice cream, doughnuts, candy canes – you name it, he’ll eat it. Oh, you have your own candy and decide to hide it? Don’t bother, he’ll find it! He’d happily travel across the island if he thought a packet of chewy sweets was waiting for him. So I guess the point is he likes candy!

TRICK OR TWEET

Bubbles is not actually part of the core Angry Birds flock, but instead wanders in and out depending on the availability of candy. So it’s no great surprise to see his cheery face during Halloween – the most magical time of the year for candy lovers! Don’t mind if I do bury my face in this sack of sweets! But when the treats disappear, it’s time to say goodbye. Just until there’s more candy.

WANNA SEE MY PARTY TRICK?

Bubbles is the smallest bird in the flock – well most of the time! Make him mad and he’ll reveal his big party trick by blowing up like an enormous balloon to destroy even the most heavily fortified piggy defenses. An almighty balloon the size of a five-bedroom house causing massive destruction and then deflating back down to earth. Oh, that’s going on YouTube!

AH, WHAT A NICE SMILE!

It’s great that Bubbles always has a big smile on his face. It fits perfectly when celebrating a victorious battle or someone’s bird-day. But if they’re discussing a new strategy for protecting the eggs and one of the birds is smiling gleefully from ear to ear – it’s frankly a bit odd! It’s pretty easy to see this expression of exaggerated joy as simply the crazed look of a rather peculiar bird!
